Design Counseling is one of our most popular services. It's an architectural house call. For a flat fee of $195, David Locicero, AIA comes to your home to answer all your questions and offer his professional insight. We can talk about:

permits and the process
and, of course, brainstorm possible solutions.

A session lasts up to 90 minutes. You can "pick the brain" of an architect about your proposed project. This is not a sales call and there is no expectation of further work.
